Why they aren't ready YET.

This is a simple list of 5 reasons of why our hometown team won't be hanging anything from the rafters after this season...right now.

1.  Lebrick flat-out should not be settling for jumpers...or threes. At memphis he shot 4-11 on treys...
His season average is .344, up from his career of .329. thats about .100 too low to shoot threes.

If I'm Lebron, I am driving to that basket and taking it hostage. It's mine, and I'm only not going to run in there every time (to use my superior passing) until they get me on some charges
2. Shaq doesn't fit:
I know it's the "XL" season, but Shaq still has no room in the Lebroffense. It isn't about taking up space, it's about taking the ball away from the team's two best pg's (Lebron and Mo). He should come off the bench for about 20 minutes a game max.
3. Anthony Parker is not a starter on an elite team - period. The three is nice for a role player on a team that should be playing at the cav's level.
4. Their pace is too slow - I Know it's limited by the personnel, because big shaq and z won't ever be galloping down the floor. But next season get an athletic 5 and push the tempo...if you watch them you know the wine and gold dominate in transition.
5. They've been getting outhustled - Rockets game is case in point. No excuse for a slow start, or the horrendous first halves of the entire season. Lebron either needs to assert himself or they need to lock down on d until the shooters get going. INEXCUSABLE.

The Clincher: They do not have an offense

Or at least I don't know what it is.

Lebron or Mo bring it up...everyone stands there if Mo or whoever's at the two doesn't jack up a three the ball is given to Lebron...then they either iso or do some picks

great plan
